Information we collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect the information needed to serve you, such as your name, email, billing and shipping address, order details and account information. Our store and service providers may also process IP addresses, browser information, security logs, and essential session cookies.
How we use information
We use information to fulfill orders, take payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Creating an order does not sign you up for marketing emails.
Service providers
Our hosting provider, payment processor, shipping providers and email services process information needed to operate the store. Payment details are handled through the payment method selected at checkout; the store does not intentionally collect full card numbers by email. Our site uses Hostinger for hosting and WooCommerce for the store. Available payment services include WooPayments and Square; the provider used depends on the payment method selected.
Retention and choices
We retain order and accounting information as needed for fulfillment, customer service, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Account and technical data are retained according to our configured retention settings. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable identity verification and recordkeeping requirements.
Cookies and third-party links
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic sources, page and product views, cart activity, checkout starts, and purchases so we can improve the store. Google processes usage, device, and browser information for this reporting. Display advertising support is disabled in our WooCommerce analytics integration. You can review or change optional cookie choices on our Cookie policy page. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Other websites have their own privacy practices.
