Our Story

The story behind our name

Rooted in faith.
Made to serve.

Flock + Flint began with a lifelong love of candles and a belief that beautiful products can do practical good.

Flock is a nod to our own chickens, the provision they offer, and the flocks we hope to help other families grow. It also reflects our Christian faith and the picture of a God who cares for His people and seeks the one who is missing.

Flint speaks to the spark behind a candle and the steadfastness that inspires us in Isaiah 50:7: trusting God’s help and moving forward with resolve. Those beliefs guide the care we put into our work and the way we hope to serve others.

With every product sold, we give $1 to World Vision to help provide chickens for families in need.
